Our client, a leader in diversified industries providing communications, media, and automotive services, is seeking a dedicated Integration Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Integration Engineer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will enable success within the organization.

Job Title: Integration Engineer (Oracle Field Service Cloud)

Location: Remote 

Pay Range: $50-58/HR
 

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate with full stack developers to rebuild and modernize existing field inspection applications.
  • Serve as the primary authority on Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), guiding architectural decisions and API design.
  • Design and implement OFSC plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.
  • Integrate OFSC with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or GIS platforms via REST/SOAP and middleware tools.
  • Translate business and field operations requirements into OFSC data models and workflow configurations.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) and integrations.
  • Deep expertise with OFSC configuration, data models, and platform capabilities.
  • Proficiency with OFSC REST API, including Activity, Resource, Capacity, and Core Manage APIs.
  • Experience designing OFSC plugins using the OFSC Plugin Framework and JavaScript SDK.
  • Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0 and other authentication/authorization patterns used in OFSC integrations.
