IT Help Desk Representative

Our client, Information Technology support services provider is seeking an IT Help Desk to join their team. As an IT Help Desk, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting restaurant managers and team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and technical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Help Desk

Location: REMOTE, Louisville, KY. Must be local as training will be on site in Louisville for first 4 weeks, then moving to remote

Pay Range: $20/hr - $22/hr (Depends on Experience)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

What's the Job?

  • Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for restaurant managers and team members via calls and chats
  • Document incidents and resolutions accurately in the incident management system
  • Assist with hardware, software, and operational issues related to restaurant technology systems
  • Maintain a basic understanding of restaurant operational procedures and proprietary programs
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently

What's Needed?

  • Previous call center or help desk experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of computer concepts and operating systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with at least one weekend day required
