Our client, a leading organization in the research technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Agile Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be an integral part of the Research Technology department, supporting innovative teams responsible for managing technology platforms for publishing and distributing research reports. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, and adaptability, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s culture of collaboration and excellence.

What's the Job?
- Facilitate daily standups and Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth team operations.
- Plan and coordinate large program deliverables, engaging multiple organizational units.
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
- Manage Scrum boards and tools like Jira, ensuring all tasks are current and transparent.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, removing blockers and facilitating communication.

- Proven leadership qualities that promote team self-organization without authoritative control.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey project status, goals, and challenges.
- Strong empathy and problem-solving abilities to support team members through obstacles.
- Adaptability to evolving project needs and a flexible approach to work environment adjustments.
- Facilitation skills to run effective meetings and Scrum ceremonies efficiently.
