Our client, a leading organization in the technology and business solutions sector, is seeking a IT Agile Delivery Owner Ld to join their team. As a IT Agile Delivery Owner Ld, you will be part of the project management and delivery department supporting multiple agile teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Leverage agile practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives
• Build and sustain high-performing teams across multiple platforms, ensuring optimal productivity and outcomes
• Coordinate planning activities, protect teams from interference, and ensure sustainable delivery focus
• Advise Product Owners on backlog management to prioritize work effectively across teams
• Monitor key performance metrics, share progress, and foster a culture of continuous improvement

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Agile leadership role such as Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT, Business, or related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master II, plus Agile Leadership Certification
• Strong knowledge of agile technical practices and their application within organizations
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
