Database Administrator III - Hybrid 3x

Job Title: Database Administrator III

Location:

Chandler, AZ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Core Technologies:

• Oracle Cloud
• Oracle GoldenGate (including GoldenGate 23ai)
• TOAD
• Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM)
• SQL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support large-scale Oracle database environments on UNIX platforms
• Configure, implement, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for replication (including multi-master setups)
• Build, maintain, and support Oracle Data Guard environments
• Perform advanced database performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Support and manage Oracle RAC environments (19c / 23ai upgrades and maintenance)
• Participate in on-call pager duty rotations
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Perl
• Utilize standard Oracle tools such as OEM, TOAD, and SQL Developer for monitoring and administration
• Manage and support GoldenGate environments, including configuration and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle DBA supporting large enterprise environments on UNIX
• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle RAC environments
• Strong expertise in Oracle performance tuning and diagnostics
• Experience upgrading Oracle RAC (19c and 23ai) and GoldenGate 23ai environments
• Proven experience with Oracle GoldenGate configuration and support
• Experience building and supporting Oracle Data Guard
• Proficiency in shell scripting and Perl
• Experience with standard Oracle tools: OEM, TOAD, SQL Developer
• Ability to participate in on-call support rotations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in financial institutions
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes
