Role Overview

As a Production Service Specialist III, you will support, maintain, and troubleshoot applications used within Financial Centers. This role focuses on analyzing complex production issues, driving them to resolution, and acting as an escalation point for technical troubleshooting, code review, and database updates.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions while ensuring system stability and performance.

Programming & Development

  • Core Java (7+ years)
  • Strong experience with:
    • JavaScript

    • C / C++
  • Strong debugging and application troubleshooting skills

Database & Querying

  • Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
