Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Analyst 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Data Analyst 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Data Management and Analytics department supporting the Global Payments & Liquidity Analytics (GPLA) Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst 4 - Contingent

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range:$55 -$59 an hour

What's the Job?

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of tools and databases managed by the team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the infrastructure team and technical/business partners.
  • Manage data infrastructure projects, including creating business requirements and reviewing technical documents.
  • Lead discussions with subject matter experts and data consumers on enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Perform moderate to complex business and data analyses to support strategic initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or business systems design.
  • 4+ years of experience writing moderate to complex SQL code in platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, Hive, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven ability to review SQL code and assist in defect resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience working with data security, governance, and compliance standards.
