Our client, a leading organization in enterprise risk management and cybersecurity, is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Information Protection Governance to join their team. As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst – Information Protection Governance, you will be part of the Governance, Risk, and Controls team supporting enterprise data protection, metrics reporting, and policy adherence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Execute governance activities supporting enterprise data at rest protection requirements
- Own and manage recurring enterprise metric cycles, including validation, analysis, commentary, and remediation coordination
- Analyze risk and control gaps, influencing remediation decisions with technology and risk partners
- Interpret and apply information security policies and standards effectively
- Produce audit-defensible documentation and reporting artifacts to support compliance and audit readiness
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, cybersecurity, or IT risk management
- Strong analytical background with demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Experience operating in highly regulated enterprise environments with formal risk, audit, and governance expectations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and audit audiences
- Ability to communicate complex risk topics clearly through reports, presentations, and summaries
