As a Technology Business Systems Consultant 4 - Contingent, you will be an integral part of the Technology Business Systems Consulting department, supporting innovative solutions for commercial banking operations. What's the Job?
- Leverage advanced hands-on experience with Loan IQ Business Systems Data to support business operations, including BA, QA, production support, or operations.
- Analyze and support technology solutions by eliciting and documenting business and product requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Assist in booking and servicing commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals.
- Draft and support UAT test scripts, ensuring quality and accuracy in testing phases.
- Collaborate effectively with business and technology teams using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira to manage requirements, defects, and backlogs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Proven expertise supporting technology solutions in a business systems environment.
- Experience in commercial lending transactions, including syndicated, bilateral, or member deals.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT support.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices and proficiency with Jira or similar tools for requirements and defect management.
