Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a ConstructionSafety Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Health & Safety team supporting General Contractors (GCs), Construction, Quality, Environmental, Project Coordination, and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Milwaukee, WI
Pay Range: $74.13 - $79.84/hour

🔍What’s the Job?

• Ensure compliance with global construction safety requirements, policies, and high-risk activity management plans.
• Conduct regular field safety observations, audits, and reporting to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in project planning meetings, daily activity briefings, and lookahead planning sessions to integrate safety into project execution.
• Coach and guide General Contractor leadership on safety best practices, hazard prevention, and incident management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve world-class safety performance.

✅What’s Needed?

• 10+ years of construction health and safety experience, preferably in data center, critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Safety Management.
• 5+ years of experience conducting field safety observations, audits, compliance reviews, and safety reporting.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing high-risk activities such as LOTO, work at heights, electrical safety, and rigging operations.
• Preferred certifications: CHST, CSP, or other recognized health and safety designations.
