As a Platform Engineer (Atlassian), you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting collaborative and innovative teams. What's the Job?

  • Develop and implement intake, workflow, and automation solutions leveraging enterprise Atlassian suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Asset Management)
  • Collaborate within an agile team to deliver scalable, compliant solutions supporting modernization and efficiency initiatives
  • Review and analyze complex software engineering challenges, providing strategic insights and solutions
  • Consult with client personnel on broad-impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with policies and compliance requirements
  • Utilize APIs and data integration techniques to enhance service delivery and automation frameworks

What's Needed?

  • Certification or extensive experience with Jira Service Management Administration or Jira System Administrator (Data Center or Cloud)
  • Proficiency in using APIs to enable secure and reliable application services
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and data integration principles
  • Minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, including consulting, training, or military background
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical strategies to diverse stakeholders
