Middleware Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Middleware Engineer to join their team. As a Middleware Engineer, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead migration efforts from MuleSoft to Spring Integration, Camel, or other Java-based frameworks.
• Implement and manage API gateway frameworks such as Spring Cloud Gateway.
• Optimize the performance of integration services to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Apply security frameworks including OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS to safeguard integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration solutions and document processes thoroughly.

What's Needed?

• Prior experience migrating from MuleSoft to Spring Integration, Camel, or similar Java frameworks.
• Knowledge of Spring Cloud Gateway or comparable API gateway frameworks.
• Experience with performance tuning of integration services.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and mTLS.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
