Our client is seeking a Genesys Voice Engineer to join their team. As a Genesys Voice Engineer, you will be part of the Network Support Department supporting the contact center operations.
Job Title: Genesys Voice Engineer
Location:Remote
Pay rate: $50 - $53 per hour on W2
What's the Job?
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Genesys contact center platforms, especially voice systems including IVR, routing, and telephony integration
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of customer interaction systems
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Genesys voice platforms
- Monitor system health and resolve incidents and outages promptly
- Perform root cause analysis and support platform components like Config Server, URS, GVP, SIP Server
What's Needed?
- Experience with Genesys platforms (Engage/PureCloud)
- Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, TCP/IP networking
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows administration
- Ability to write and analyze SQL queries and logs
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, CCPulse, Grafana
