IT Trainer

Our client is seeking an IT Trainer to join their team. As an IT Trainer, you will be part of the Learning and Development department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a passion for adult learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Designing and developing curriculum for Customer Experience Operations and Distribution Center organizations
• Creating content for new hire training and ongoing employee development across multiple groups
• Serving as the department SME for instructional design, e-Learning, learning technologies, and LMS administration
• Applying adult learning theories and best practices to deliver engaging training programs
• Developing technical software training, particularly in supply planning software

What's Needed?

• Proficiency with Articulate Suite (Storyline & Rise)
• Experience with demand planning tools (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop technical training content for software applications
