Our client, a leading organization in global branding and marketing, is seeking a Coordinator 2 to join their team. As a Coordinator 2, you will be part of the Shop Program team supporting internal and external customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Coordinator 2

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)

Pay Range: $25/hr W2 + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Manage day-to-day internal customer requests and inquiries, ensuring positive experiences and timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate with distribution agencies to resolve order issues and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Understand custom Shop requests, gather requirements, and develop project plans for successful fulfillment.
  • Maintain program documentation, including playbooks, style guides, and process checklists.
  • Support inventory management and coordinate physical swag orders and events at the San Francisco office.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2 years of experience in process improvement strategies within corporate environments.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35lbs and handle physical inventory management.
