Our client is seeking a SDMS Technical Lead to join their team. As a SDMS Technical Lead, you will be part of the IT Infrastructure Support team supporting enterprise data management and system upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Support the technical and infrastructure workstream of SDMS upgrade programs, ensuring environment build and readiness across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
  • Coordinate network and security enablement activities, including firewall rule requests, connectivity testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage TLS certificates, validate trust chains, and troubleshoot certificate-related issues impacting services and web components.
  • Oversee identity and access management, including AD groups, service accounts, and permissions, following least-privilege principles.
  • Provide application technical support for platforms such as Agilent ECM, Chromeleon CDS, Rotronic RMS, and Waters LC/MS data flow touchpoints.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience in technical or systems analyst roles supporting enterprise on-prem applications.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows Server and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
  • Proven success in coordinating server provisioning, including VMs, storage, and environment readiness.
  • Experience managing firewall rules, port management, DNS basics, and connectivity testing.
  • Working knowledge of TLS/SSL certificates, PKI processes, and Active Directory permissions.
