Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software engineering sector, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (CA) to join their dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Developer (CA), you will be an integral part of the Specialty Software Engineering department supporting innovative initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: San Francisco, CA

What's the Job?

  • Design and develop ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions, including catalog items, UI forms, workflows, and integrations.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives to support sprint execution and continuous improvement.
  • Implement features based on user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Perform unit testing and support end-to-end SDLC processes, including development, testing, and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3-5 years experience in ServiceNow development, particularly Service Catalog module, using Yokohama version or higher.
  • 3-5 years experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • 3-5 years experience with ServiceNow scripting, business rules, application development, and automated testing tools like ATF scripting.
  • 2-3 years experience in Integration and API development using REST, JSON, etc.
