Electrical Engineer

Our client, is seeking a dedicated Electrical/Electronics Engineer to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical/Electronics Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Electronics Test and Validation department supporting innovative projects in vehicle electronic systems. 
 

Job Title: Electrical/Electronics Engineer

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Pay Range: $56 per hour
 

What's the Job?

• Develop detailed design verification and characterization test plans for ECU programs in collaboration with reliability, design, and firmware teams
• Lead the execution of characterization testing plans aligned with project milestones
• Own test coverage reports and perform comprehensive data analysis
• Conduct bench-level characterization at IC and PCBA levels to ensure quality and performance
• Provide early feedback to design engineers regarding design decisions and testability improvements

What's Needed?

• BS/MS or equivalent work experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in electronics characterization and validation testing
• Proficiency with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, and digital multimeters
• Strong understanding of Electrical Engineering fundamentals
• Working knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and communication buses
