Business Analyst (Portfolio Management Platform)

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst (Portfolio Management Platform) to join their team. As a Business Analyst (Portfolio Management Platform), you will be part of the Business Execution support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead requirements gathering activities with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts, including interviews and working sessions
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that support scalable platform design
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint execution, and assist in UAT planning and validation

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience supporting technology or platform initiatives as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
• Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with data mapping, data analysis, and system integration requirements
