Our client, a leading organization in the technology and software engineering sector, is seeking a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent to join their team. As a Software Engineer 4 - Contingent, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting innovative projects and complex initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and deliverables.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to develop effective solutions.
• Lead solution architecture and design activities, including prompt engineering, API integration, and security considerations.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
• Experience in partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand and solve business problems.
• Proficiency in designing, prototyping, and delivering AI-driven workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using large language models (LLMs) and enterprise AI services.
• Ability to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms and systems using secure APIs and orchestration patterns.
• Strong understanding of security, privacy, risk, and governance considerations in AI solutions.
