Site Reliability Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/Dev Ops to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/Dev Ops, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting global cloud services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)/Dev Ops

Location: Irvine, CA. HYBRID (onsite 2 days a week; Wednesday and another day of choice)

Pay Range: $51/hr w2

Looking for candidates who can work on w2 and local to Irvine, CA
 

What's the Job?

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure and services that meet enterprise-grade SLA standards
• Resolve customer escalations and help prevent recurrence by creating processes, procedures, and automations
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues during off-normal hours
• Create and deploy scalable monitoring systems for expanding global infrastructure
• Write, augment, and maintain comprehensive production documentation

What's Needed?

• Requires a college degree (or equivalent) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, principles, and practices within the discipline and industry
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
