HR Systems Application Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a HR Systems Application Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a HR Systems Application Specialist, you will be part of the HR and IT support teams, contributing to the successful migration and modernization of HR platforms. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: HR Systems Application Specialist

Location: Thompsonville, Ontario

Pay Range: 110-125$/H - INC

What's the Job?

• Support the migration and transformation of HR systems from PeopleSoft to SAP SuccessFactors
• Analyze existing HR system bolt-ons and recommend modernization and optimization strategies
• Identify non-standard HR processes, legacy business rules, and underlying data dependencies
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and system integrations
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and data subject matter experts to ensure reliable and seamless system functionality

What's Needed?

• Experience in PeopleSoft HR / SAP SuccessFactors migrations
• Strong understanding of system integrations and APIs
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and data lake concepts
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, data modeling)
