Our client, a leading organization in the printing and technology support industry, is seeking a Onsite Print Administrator to join their team. As a Onsite Print Administrator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Service Delivery Team.
Job Title:Onsite Print Administrator
Location:St. Petersburg, FL
Pay Range:$17 - $22 per hour
What's the Job?
- Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on assigned hardware and software platforms/applications using established protocols.
- Manage consumable inventory, including replacing toner, consumables, and paper, ensuring adequate supplies at customer sites.
- Assist end users with device functionality, clear paper jams, and perform routine installations and configurations.
- Coordinate with support teams and report customer dissatisfaction to appropriate management channels.
- Execute scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or higher secondary education, or demonstrated work experience.
- Typically 2-5 years of related experience in maintenance, quality, or a similar field.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
