Oracle AI Lead

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a Oracle AI Lead to join their team. As a Oracle AI Lead, you will be part of the AI and Cloud Innovation Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, innovative thinking, and collaborative skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Oracle AI Lead

Location: Multiple locations available, this is onsite hybrid role

Pay Range: $140,000 to 150,000 annually

What's the Job?

• Drive the design, development, and delivery of AI and Generative AI solutions across Oracle Cloud platforms.
• Lead client workshops, demos, and technical discussions to showcase AI capabilities and solutions.
• Architect and implement solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and agent-based architectures.
• Mentor and guide technical teams in deploying enterprise-scale AI solutions within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Collaborate with ERP, integration, and data teams to automate processes using AI-driven approaches.

What's Needed?

•  overall IT experience with a focus on AI and cloud solutions.
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence / Generative AI.
• Proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio and Oracle Database 26ai, including AI Agents.
• Knowledge of MCP architecture, OCI AI services, and REST API integrations with Oracle-hosted LLM models.
