Systems Analyst II

Our client, Automotive / Manufacturing Industry is seeking a Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT / Infrastructure Team supporting Application Support, Business Operations, and Production Systems teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, communication skills, and problem-solving ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Houston, Texas (On-site – Alternate Sundays required)

What’s the Job?

• Provide support for Linux/Windows-based systems and enterprise applications
• Work with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar) for incident and request management
• Support application servers and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Perform SQL queries and assist with data validation/reporting tasks
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system issues and production support

What’s Needed?

• Experience in Systems Analysis, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations
• Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server environments
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems)
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying and troubleshooting data issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a production support environment
