Our client, a leader in healthcare technology, is seeking an Engineer - Degree Optional III to join their team. As an Engineer - Degree Optional III, you will be part of the Technical Support Department supporting healthcare professionals, field representatives, and patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineer - Degree Optional III

Location: Plano, TX

Pay Range: $35/hr - $38/hr  on w2

What's the Job?

• Provide remote technical support for neuromodulation products, assisting with troubleshooting, diagnostic review, and system connectivity issues.
• Guide healthcare professionals, field representatives, and patients on product use, ensuring optimal device performance and safety.
• Interpret technical instructions, product guides, diagrams, and clinical-use protocols to resolve complex technical issues.
• Document support interactions accurately and maintain detailed records to ensure quality service and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent combined with relevant technical, medical, or customer support experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, medical support, call center operations, or customer service roles involving troubleshooting or device handling.
• Experience working in healthcare environments such as clinics, labs, or medical device support teams is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Practical exposure to medical devices, neuromodulation systems, or clinical equipment is a plus but not mandatory.
