OnBase Advanced Capture Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Application Specialist - OnBase Advanced Capture to join their team. As an Application Specialist - OnBase Advanced Capture, you will be part of the IT Support and Systems Management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Application Specialist - OnBase Advanced Capture

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Pay Range:$67/hr

What's the Job?

• Design, configure, and implement scanning workflows using OnBase Advanced Capture.
• Support and maintain production OnBase systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to develop efficient capture solutions.
• Create comprehensive documentation, technical requirements, and workflow diagrams.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and support user adoption initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with OnBase, particularly with Advanced Capture.
• Proficiency in OnBase Studio, Capture Process Designer, and scan queue configurations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting production systems and working within SDLC processes.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
