Supplemental Training Options

We offer a variety of supplemental training options. They include:

 

  • Personalization Coaches-Experienced Provider credentialed trainers will meet with your providers either one-on-one or in small groups to help them with their personalization needs. This can occur before, during or after go-live.
  • One-on-One Provider Training – Leveraging our pool of experienced provider trainers, we can train your providers one-on-one, either in person or virtually. This is a huge win for providers giving them the time to learn the system their way and on their time.
  • Certified Training Managers – Regardless of the training partner you choose, you are welcome to meet with one of our training managers to think through your training ideas. In this session we can trade thoughts and discuss any potential pitfalls of your plans.
  • Post-Live Physician Support – Using Epic Radar analytics, we access data on each individual physician and learn how efficiently they’re using Epic. This helps us target individuals or groups that could use additional coaching, and ultimately helps increase efficiency and provider satisfaction.
  • New Hire Training – No need to maintain a full training staff for a few days a month. We can remotely train your new hires using your training environment and curriculum.

A major university health system and longtime customer of Experis Health Solutions (formerly ettain health) recently engaged us for the third time to help design, build and manage their Epic training program for one of their most complicated installs to date. The work included:

  • Unique one-on-one physician remote Epic training to optimize experience and time savings for providers
  • Onsite super user and end user Epic training including personalization 34 senior Epic-credentialed trainers and associated principal trainers
Over the course of 3 ½ years and 3 Go-Lives, Experis Health Solutions helped to bring up a diverse group of hospitals and clinics including a major university medical center and several remote rural hospitals, some during the global pandemic. This required flexibility and the ability to pivot when necessary to adapt to constantly changing conditions.
