Job Title:Engineering Data & Reporting Analyst (Charlotte, Pennington, Jersey city)

Location:Charlotte, NC; Pennington, NJ; Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range:$70-$73/hr 

What's the Job?

• Work across Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering to quantify and measure overall effectiveness.
• Collect key metrics, normalize them, and publish them for consumption by senior management.
• Start by reporting on what is currently available, then evolve reporting to support optimization and continuous improvement.
• Use data to communicate value to the Senior Leadership Team and respective CIO Partners.
• Collaborate with team members to converge on a clear, aligned message supported by evidence.

What's Needed?

• 2 years of Data Analytics experience or MBA/Masters equivalency.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Power BI and/or Salesforce Tableau for reporting and visualization.
• Working knowledge of Python and data modeling languages.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and the ability to think critically while communicating effectively across different levels of the organization.
