Recruiter

Our client, a growing organization is seeking a Recruiter III to join their team. As a Recruiter III, you will be part of the recruiting function supporting hiring teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, careful attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset that aligns with the hiring process.

Job Title: Recruiter III

Location: New York, NY. HYBRID (3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension.

Pay Range: $40/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
• Supports consistent, accurate hiring and onboarding workflows under general supervision.
• Applies judgment and creativity to plan and accomplish recruiting goals within established practices and procedures.
• Coordinates with hiring stakeholders to ensure candidates move smoothly through the selection process.

What's Needed?

• May require a bachelor’s degree in an area of specialty.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Familiarity with standard recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Comfort performing a variety of tasks while working under general supervision.
