Compliance Officer – Regulatory Change Management

 Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Compliance Officer – Regulatory Change Management to join their team. As a Compliance Officer – Regulatory Change Management, you will be part of the Compliance organization supporting Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, and stakeholder management expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Jersey City, NJ 07311

Pay Range: -$48-$50/hour W2

What's the Job?

• Analyze new and changing laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance affecting the organization.
• Perform applicability reviews and preliminary impact assessments.
• Track regulatory action plans and follow up on outstanding items through completion.
• Draft policies, procedures, training materials, and regulatory communications.
• Support rollout and operationalization of Regulatory Change Management processes and tools.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of Regulatory Change Management, Compliance Operations, or Compliance Governance experience within financial services.
• Experience across the full regulatory change lifecycle, including horizon scanning and impact assessments.
• Strong writing and documentation skills for audit-ready policies and procedures.
• Experience with governance frameworks, controls, metrics, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
