Inventory Control Analyst

Our client, is seeking a Inventory Control Analyst to join their team. As a Inventory Control Analyst, you will be part of the Operations team supporting Inventory Control and Logistics workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to follow process and documentation standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$20-$25/hr based on experience

What's the Job?

• Ensure security and accountability of inventory by maintaining accurate transaction documentation, verifying processes and procedures, and reviewing relevant systems.
• Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts to support reliable inventory records.
• Analyze cycle count results and, when able, correct discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to confirm quality and accuracy of inventory movement.
• Compile and document all transactions to support timely and accurate data entry.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, inventory accounting, warehouse operations, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of inventory processes, transaction documentation, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Ability to perform physical inventories and lead cycle counts with consistency and attention to detail.
• Experience auditing shipments and identifying discrepancies in quality and inventory records.
• Comfort working with systems and documentation to compile transaction records for data entry.
