Product Testing Analyst (BA)

Job Title: Product Testing Analyst (BA)

Location: Minneapolis / Golden Valley, MN (hybrid)

Pay Range: $40-$45/hr W2
Conversion Salary: $75k-$85k/yr + 10% Bonus Target
Term: 3+ Month Contract-To-Hire

Responsibilities:
•    Use Agile methodologies, participate in Scrum team(s), and assist in identifying impacts/changes to product calculations in Allianz administration systems while evaluating risk and test coverage needed.
•    Lead creation of clear, concise test plans using scenarios from a risk-based framework.
•    Review test evidence to ensure test execution was completed as written.
•    Lead meetings to refine test strategy/testing user stories.
•    Work with QE/Product Analyst and Dev team to debug/triage issues identified during test case execution.
•    Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate testing risks or issues that may impact project timelines or delivery, providing the Scrum team and project stakeholders with the appropriate level of detail to support timely decision-making and resolution.
•    Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g., generative AI).

Preferred Experience

• Life Insurance or Annuities industry experience, knowledge of core insurance processes
• Testing experience- manual, functional, UAT, etc.
• Basic working knowledge of Excel and it's primary functions
• Exposure to data, financial systems, or product development
