Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) DE

Our client, a technology organization focused on secure, high-performance software delivery, is seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) DE to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) DE, you will be part of the software engineering organization supporting delivery teams working on remediation of vulnerabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, a detail-oriented approach to secure development, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an Agile environment—aligning successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) DE

Location:Onsite in Newark, DE

Pay Range: $60-$65/hr 

What's the Job?

• Develop and enhance scalable, high performance web applications across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern frontend technologies—especially ReactJS.
• Build secure, maintainable, and user friendly Single Page Applications (SPAs) using ReactJS, including custom reusable React component libraries.
• Create and maintain REST APIs using JAX-RS and Swagger/YAML, supporting reliable integration with web services.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests, including JUnit tests, to ensure quality and stability throughout releases.
• Collaborate in Scrum/SAFe/Lean Agile workflows, contributing to secure remediation efforts and continuous improvement through CI/CD and automation.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of relevant IT development experience, with 6+ years hands-on web development using Java and Spring.
• Expert-level ReactJS experience, including SPA development and building custom reusable React component libraries.
• Strong testing experience, including writing JUnit tests.
• UI/UX development experience with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with databases (preferably SQL Server) and working knowledge of SQL, plus familiarity with XML/JSON and schema processing technologies.
