ERP Developer - SAP

Our client, ERP and enterprise software organization is seeking a ERP Developer - SAP to join their team. As a ERP Developer - SAP, you will be part of the ERP Systems & Finance Technology team supporting Group Reporting and consolidation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of personal responsibility, a collaborative mindset, and the drive to deliver reliable, audit-ready reporting outcomes which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: ERP Developer - SAP

Location: Chicago, IL (100% Remote)
Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on project and client needs. All approved business travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Pay Range: $100-$105 on W2

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ERP system customization and configuration.
• Design, develop, and implement ERP solutions using SAP software, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Customize and configure the ERP system to meet specific business needs, including workflows, reports, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with existing systems and ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ERP system, including debugging, performance optimization, and data migration.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as an ERP SAP Developer with expertise in SAP software and ERP customization.
• Strong knowledge of ERP concepts, principles, and best practices, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as ABAP, Java, or Python.
• Experience with ERP system customization and configuration, including workflows, reports, and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with database management systems, SQL, and data integration techniques.
