ERP Cutover Lead – North America
Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
Pay Rate: $90-$95/hr. on W2

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Cutover Lead to manage end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a large-scale ERP implementation across North America. The role will lead the transition from legacy SAP systems to a new ERP platform, ensuring a smooth go-live with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall ERP cutover strategy aligned with project timelines and business objectives.
• Create detailed cutover plans covering schedules, dependencies, resources, and business requirements.
• Coordinate data migration, system transitions, and business process changes across technical and functional teams.
• Lead mock cutovers and go-live rehearsals to identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage cutover risks, issues, escalations, and resolution during go-live.
• Provide post-cutover support and collaborate with the ERP Hypercare Lead.
• Maintain cutover documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across North America and global business units.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP ERP implementation cutovers.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, data migration, and system transitions.
• Hands-on experience with cutover strategy, planning, mock cutovers, and go-live execution.
• Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure global environment.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.
