Agile Scrum Master

Our client is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the delivery organization supporting Agile teams focused on Network AI and Agentic Transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to drive predictable delivery through disciplined Agile execution.

Job Title:Agile Scrum Master

Location:Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week required in Chandler, AZ or Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX

Pay Range: $75-$78/hr 

What's the Job?

• Optimize the flow of work and the value delivered by one or more Agile teams by coordinating and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to support delivery timelines and remove blockers quickly.
• Maintain visibility into delivery plans, team progress, and execution risks for stakeholders and transformation leadership.
• Support transformation execution by helping teams keep healthy backlogs, improve delivery discipline, and align work to agreed priorities and outcomes.
• Coach teams on Scrum practices and Agile principles to strengthen self-management, collaboration, and outcome-oriented delivery.

What's Needed?

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and dependency management.
• Experience facilitating Agile delivery for technology programs, products, or transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
• Ability to coordinate the flow of work across deliverables, epics, and stories to support incremental and predictable delivery.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to run effective ceremonies and provide clear visibility into plans, progress, blockers, and risks.
• Experience using delivery metrics to assess team performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
