Compliance/Logistics Analyst

Our client, a medical device manufacturing focused organization, is seeking a Compliance/Logistics Analyst to join their team. As a Compliance/Logistics Analyst, you will be part of the compliance and logistics operations group, supporting internal customers with import/export compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to accuracy, the ability to work independently, and the drive to improve processes through careful documentation and transactional testing.

Job Title: Compliance/Logistics Analyst

Location: North Chicago, IL (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $26/hr. - $31/hr.

Duration: 4+ Month Contract

What's the Job?

• Support internal customers with compliance activities related to import and export.
• Ensure all related documentation and recordkeeping are compliant with U.S. import & export regulations.
• Perform transactional testing (auditing) in a compliance area such as trade compliance, regulatory, or quality.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, including inbound/outbound shipment logs and filing systems.
• Assist with shipment tracking and follow-up, including logistics coordination and compliance support.

What's Needed?

• 0-3 years of experience in a compliance area such as trade compliance, regulatory, or quality, with knowledge of transactional testing (auditing).
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and SharePoint.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to self-check work for completeness and accuracy.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tasks and documentation reliably.
• Ability to work in a non-exempt role with scheduled hours of 8AM - 5PM.
