Project Manager

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project delivery organization supporting day-to-day execution and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving mindset, clear stakeholder communication, and disciplined project management practices that align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage internal project delivery budget as detailed in the Impact section for medium/moderately complex, local or sub-region work with medium/high risk.
• Own project financial management, including business impact—meet or exceed approved budget and provide reliable financial forecasts to Management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across mid to upper levels, ensuring alignment, timely communication, and validated information for team decisions.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external resources with a team size generally up to 20 people, while supporting necessary skill development and providing performance review input and development recommendations.
• Apply developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines, exercising independent judgment to identify and select solutions for unique situations.

What's Needed?

• First level university degree.
• 5+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.
• In-depth understanding of key services operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple layers of project management methods, with the ability to handle problems of diverse complexity and scope.
• Commitment to the PMP certification path and participation in the Services PM Profession community.
