Legal Operations Specialist

Our client, a leading corporate organization, is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Legal Department supporting Legal, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Legal Operations Specialist
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
Pay Range: $31.75/hour (W2)

What's the Job?

• Manage legal intake and matter management workflows from request through closure.
• Support contract lifecycle management including approvals, execution, repository maintenance, and renewals.
• Coordinate marketing legal reviews and trademark operations, including docketing and filing support.
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics to track legal department performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements across legal operations and workflows.

What's Needed?

• 3+ years of legal operations, paralegal, or contract administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with CLM or matter management systems such as Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, Conga, SimpleLegal, or Onit.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and legal intake processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work onsite in Plano, TX three days per week and manage multiple priorities independently.
