Provisioning & Order Support Specialist

Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Provisioning & Order Support Specialist to join their team. As a Provisioning & Order Support Specialist, you will be part of the Firewall Hardware Partnerships team supporting day-to-day provisioning and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple order tasks accurately and on time, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Provisioning & Order Support Specialist

Location:Remote (100% remote in any part of the US)

Pay Range: $25-30/hr

Duration: 2 Months Contract

What's the Job?

• Enter and process partner firewall hardware orders in order management systems, checking each order for accuracy and completeness.
• Support provisioning tasks such as serial number and license/entitlement setup and account or contract updates, following established procedures.
• Track orders from booking through shipment and delivery, and follow up on holds, backorders, and exceptions until completion.
• Respond to partner and internal requests about order status, and escalate complex issues to the partnerships team.
• Keep order trackers, reports, and records current; flag recurring issues or delays and help drive resolution.

What's Needed?

• Experience working with order management systems or similar operational tools, with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to follow established provisioning procedures for serial numbers, licenses/entitlements, and account or contract updates.
• Strong organizational skills to track orders through multiple stages and manage exceptions such as holds and backorders.
• Clear communication skills to provide order status updates to partners and internal stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Willingness to learn the end-to-end Cisco ordering and provisioning process and contribute to documentation as you ramp.
