Job Title:Technical Writer - I
Location:1101 Greenwood Boulevard, Lake Mary, FL (100% onsite)
Pay Range:20-25

What's the Job?

• Document processes within the Heart Failure Division using existing templates and established guidelines.
• Extract information from meetings, provided documents, and internal systems to create accurate technical documentation.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and operational functions across departments to ensure documentation reflects current workflows.
• Send drafts to stakeholders for approval, then follow up to address questions, updates, and changes as needed.
• Manage multiple documents at once with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through while working across multiple sites and systems.

What's Needed?

• 2 years of experience as a technical writer or document specialist.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple documentation projects.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to ask qualifying and follow-up questions to clarify processes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized approach to producing consistent, high-quality documentation.
• Working knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for technical documentation; tools include MS, Salesforce, and PowerPoint.
