Test Associate

At Experis, we are a leading provider of quality assurance and testing support for AAA video game developers and publishers.  We are seeking a Test Associate to join the team. As a Test Associate, you will be part of the QA team supporting quality and stability across assigned game features and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, clear communication for issue reporting, and a continuous-improvement mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Test Associate

Location: Remote (must work PST hours)

Pay Range:$18.33

What's the Job?

• Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing for assigned features or systems.
• Create, update, and maintain test cases and related documentation.
• Log clear and reproducible bugs, verify fixes, and ensure adherence to reporting standards.
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to clarify requirements and improve coverage.
• Identify process or testing gaps and contribute to continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Experience playing card-based games
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience with basic PC usage/troubleshooting (added bonus if you have built your own gaming PC from scratch).
• Desktop and mobile testing experience.
• Live-Ops and Content testing experience
• Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent productivity tools.
