Sr Functional Finance Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Project Manager to drive high-impact finance transformation initiatives across a global enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of finance, business process optimization, technology enablement, and organizational change.

You will partner with senior finance leaders, global process owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic programs that improve efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

What You'll Do

• Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives from planning through execution
• Drive programs involving ERP modernization, AI-enabled process improvements, automation, and operational excellence
• Partner with executive leadership, finance teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, actions, and executive communications
• Facilitate workshops, governance meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Develop change management strategies that support adoption and business readiness
• Coordinate with global teams across North America and Asia-Pacific regions
• Drive accountability and proactively remove roadblocks to keep initiatives moving forward
• Create concise and impactful updates for leadership audiences

• You are highly proactive and outcome-oriented

• You communicate effectively with both executives and front-line subject matter experts

• 8+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience leading finance transformation, business transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
• Strong understanding of finance processes including AP, AR, Fixed Assets, FP&A, accounting operations, or shared services
• Demonstrated success working with executive stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to lead complex projects independently

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP modernization, or enterprise transformation programs
• Exposure to AI, automation, robotic process automation (RPA), or digital transformation initiatives
• Background in finance PMO, consulting, finance operations, or transformation leadership
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps
