IT Project Manager

Our client, a leading organization is seeking a IT Project Manager to join their team. As a IT Project Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer focus, personal accountability, and the drive to deliver results—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Brownsville, WI

Pay Range: $55/hr+

What's the Job?

• Lead large, complex IT projects end-to-end—from initiation through delivery and closeout—ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Own day-to-day project delivery accountability by proactively managing execution risks, dependencies, and cross-team coordination.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external vendors; facilitate collaboration to resolve delivery challenges.
• Proactively manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies), lead change control activities, and provide clear status reporting to support senior decision-making.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years of experience leading IT projects through full lifecycle delivery.
• Proven ability to demonstrate strong project management skills, including independent meeting facilitation and proactive risk/issues management.
• Ability to independently maintain basic project documentation (schedules, action items, risks, and issue tracker) and follow up to keep actions compliant with company processes.
• Strong communication skills with business stakeholders and senior leadership, with demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional IT projects.
