Lab Technician

Our client, a consumer product testing organization, is seeking a Lab Technician III to join their team. As a Lab Technician III, you will be part of the E.I.- Cognitive Sensory Science Division supporting Evaluation Intelligence (EI). The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication, and a passion for personal care products, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician III

Location: Clark, NJ

Pay Range: $20 - $24/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Coordinate product samples, orders, and lab supplies; update project tracking files from study initialization through completion.
• Prepare test samples and execute experimental protocols with strict adherence to study requirements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper handling of materials used in consumer product testing.
• Record accurate, detailed data and document protocol adjustments and study-related information.
• Collaborate daily with the evaluation team and sensory panelists, including close interaction with study volunteers.

What's Needed?

• Self-motivated, detail oriented, driven, and a team player with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) and confidence learning new software programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support documentation and coordination.
• Excellent time management skills with flexibility to work on multiple projects and adapt to changing test needs.
• Ability to work on site in Clark, NJ 4 days a week; must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
