Clinical Data Manager

Our client, a regulated clinical research organization, is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join their team. 

Job Title: Clinical Data Manager

Location: Maple Grove, MN (100% onsite) - 6820 Wedgewood Rd N, MN 55311

Pay Range: $43/hr to $46/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document clinical study databases using a clinical data management system in alignment with the software development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain clinical databases, validate deliverables, and ensure adherence to processes, systems, standards, and best practices with a strong focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
• Review Case Report Form (CRF) design and study protocol materials, providing input to support accurate, fit-for-purpose data capture.
• Review database specification functional requirements and Edit Check specifications, then provide clear feedback to improve data quality and downstream reporting readiness.
• Lead and/or participate in clinical study database setup, including programming of edit checks, while ensuring standards and conventions are followed.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 5 years of experience working for a Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Biopharmaceutical Company.
• Minimum 2 years of experience using a clinical data management system, including clinical study database setup and edit check programming.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills with demonstrated prior data management experience in regulated environments.

This is a 6-month contract with potential to extend highly likely. Selected candidate would start ASAP after screening clearance. Hours are daytime hours, 40 per week, scheduled 8:00am–4:00 PM.
