R&D Lab Technician

Our client, a medical device and research & development organization, is seeking an R&D Lab Technician to join their team. As an R&D Lab Technician, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting Product Development, Testing, and Laboratory Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent documentation skills, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: R&D Lab Technician
Location: Onsite
Pay Range: $26-$27/hour
12 Month Contract

What's the Job?

• Perform laboratory experiments, testing, and product performance evaluations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, and testing documentation.
• Troubleshoot and calibrate laboratory instruments as needed.
• Analyze test data and prepare reports, summaries, and protocols.
• Support routine assembly, software script testing, and R&D projects.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree (AA) or higher.
• 1–2 years of mechanical or electrical experience preferred, or engineering internship experience.
• Experience with technical documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to troubleshoot using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and analytical balances.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and statistical tools.
