Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker

Our client is seeking a Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker to join their team. As a Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker, you will be part of the Cybersecurity foundation supporting global information security capability effectiveness across business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to precision, the ability to think like a threat actor, and the drive to communicate findings clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.

Location:Remote (EST hours)

Pay Range:$ 70/hr w2 (This position is open to W-2 candidates only) 

What's the Job?

• Plan and execute penetration tests across web applications, APIs, mobile apps, networks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and internal systems.
• Perform manual exploitation and vulnerability validation to eliminate false positives and uncover logic flaws automated tools may miss.
• Design, configure, and run automated vulnerability scanning pipelines to improve coverage and consistency across engagements.
• Build and deploy AI-agent-driven testing workflows to accelerate reconnaissance, fuzzing, exploit chaining, and report generation.
• Conduct red team engagements simulating advanced persistent threat (APT) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), while tracking and documenting activities.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience performing penetration testing / red teaming/ ethical hacking in an active corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute penetration test and red team engagements, including comfort operating in terminal environments.
• Working knowledge of common networking protocols (HTTP, DNS, SMB, etc.) and familiarity with both Windows and Linux systems.
• Proficiency with cross-platform scripting languages such as Python or Golang, and PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools including Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Cobalt Strike, BloodHound, and the Kali Linux toolset.
