Guidewire QA Automation Engineer

Our client is seeking a Guidewire QA Automation Engineer to join their team. As a Guidewire QA Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Engineering team supporting Policycenter testing and automation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong Policycenter testing expertise, proven automation skills using Selenium and BDD frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and teams, including offshore coordination.

What's the Job?

• Perform expert testing for Guidewire Policycenter, including automation of test scenarios to improve coverage and reliability.
• Apply strong knowledge of P C domain concepts, including risk analysis, selection/rejections, and underwriting (UW) issue identification and validation.
• Support production operations by handling incidents in Policycenter and ensuring timely investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution support.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, including offshore coordination, to ensure alignment on quality expectations and delivery outcomes.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and a BDD framework (e.g., Selenium BDD approach) to support continuous testing.

What's Needed?

• Expertise in Guidewire Policycenter testing and automation.
• Strong P C domain knowledge, including risk analysis, selection/rejections, and underwriting (UW) issue experience.
• Experience in production support and incident handling for Policycenter.
• Client and team interaction skills, including experience coordinating with offshore teams.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and a BDD framework for automation.
